What is a Men’s Gathering?

A Men’s Gathering is a space for men to meet, laugh, learn and explore some of the issues affecting our lives.  It allows men to meet in a safe, confidential, and respectful way where we can share our story, reflect on life, have some fun, and better understand ourselves and our place in the world.

2026 WA Men’s Gathering  – Living In the Blinding Light

Has there ever been so much going in the world as right now?

The range of options and incredible opportunities seem endless. At the same time, the state of our planet and the way we treat each other can flatten even the most positive of people.

How do we navigate this blinding light?

Better still, how do we thrive. How do we support our families, find our voice and our place in this world.  How do we find that blinding light of the Self, just as it is, and can we then see a way forward to a better version of ourselves?

Come join us in October to explore what Living in The Blinding Light means for you and to share your journey with fellow travellers.

We are eager to welcome all old and new men to attend this year’s 32nd Gathering, to rekindle old friendships and bonds or perhaps to find a new space in you, for deep connection, comradery, conversation and community.

We hope to see you there!

The gathering will be held at Camp Kelly located near Dwellingup over the weekend of 23 – 25 October 2026. This peaceful bush setting will provide a back-to-nature feel for the whole weekend.

You can expect fire pits, workshops, great meals, group work, yoga, fun, ceremony, laughter, music, bushwalking, storytelling, and above all… mateship.

The Gathering program starts on Friday afternoon (registration opening at 4pm) and finishes in the afternoon on the Sunday.  You have the option of arriving on Friday afternoon to spend some extra time getting to know the other men participating, prior to the formal program starting.

We are excited to announce that Jordan Hackett is returning in 2026 as our keynote presenter for the weekend!
 
Jordan Hackett is a relationship mentor and men’s sex coach with a training background in rites of initiation, sexology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
 
He’s felt the pressure, shame and aloneness that so many men live with. From the suppression of his sexual desires as a young man to the challenge and responsibility of what it means to be a good father, provider and partner.
 
Jordan has dedicated his life to supporting men to create healthy, fulfilling relationships and empowered lives of purpose. He was led to this work by his personal determination to continually become the most passionate, purposeful and loving version of himself.
 
Jordan works with men and couples 1:1 and in groups through tailored mentorships and online programs.

What is provided at the Gathering?

Included in the price of your ticket is:

  • accommodation – bunkhouse, swag and camping options are available,
  • gourmet meals and refreshments are provided from Friday evening until the end of the program,
  • all activities provided, and
  • a Heart Circle on Saturday night.
